Your next challenge:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic BDR Manager to lead our high-performing Business Development Representative team at Cobee by Pluxee. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategies, and mentoring a team of talented BDRs in a fast-paced SaaS and FinTech environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful BDR teams, preferably in startups with a high growth trajectory.
What you'll be doing:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Business Development Representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand our market presence.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align sales efforts and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Recruit top talent and foster a culture of excellence within the BDR team.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Industry Knowledge: understanding of SaaS, HR Tech and FinTech markets, with experience in driving growth in these sectors.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and inform strategic decisions.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high speed of growth.
Work Experience Requirements:
- 3+ years of Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
- 1+ year of experience in managing high-performing BDR teams, preferably in SaaS or FinTech startups with rapid growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft) and sales automation tools.
Languages:
· Fluent Spanish and English (oral and written)
