About The Role
Cobee is on a mission to its first international expansion after raising a Series B round. Mexico is expected to be highly relevant for the company’s future, and right now is the most critical project for the company. Mexico’s team comprises highly proficient professionals who aim to move the company operation from 0 to 1.
We are looking for a FinOps Analyst to operate activities needed to maintain a healthy financial operation, escalate internal processes, and work with other areas to develop administrative infrastructure to keep along with new operational needs as result of our growing user base and expanding product offering.
It's expected to be able to understand financial, fiscal, and accounting implications related to our products, as well as our invoicing process.
This role has to be based in Mexico City with a chance to attend the office at least 3 times a week.
You will be relevant in operating activities related to FP&A, treasury, taxes, and accounting for a fast-growing and highly adaptable project. • Providing support for invoicing and billing processes for our clients. • Working alongside other areas to establish best practices and create efficiencies for internal processes. • Understanding, generating material, and explaining Cobee’s internal invoicing process, as well as tax implications with our products. • Helping with AML and compliance reporting and requirements to operate as a Company with Vulnerable Activities in Mexico. • Operating finance-related internal systems, databases, processes,

An excellent organizational and analytical person: you are excited by the concept of a beautiful company performance report.
A good understanding of financial needs related to operating a fast growing company.
0-2 years of experience in corporate finance, startup operations, or similar financial roles.
You must have an analytical, problem solving and a numerical mindset.
Experience as part of a finance team in other startups or highly is a plus.
A good understanding of Mexico’s fiscal systems is a plus.
