About The Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Cobee, you will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, optimizing campaigns, and maximizing our return on investment (ROI) through data-driven strategies.
You’ll be in charge of planning and implementing omnichannel Marketing Campaigns to engage new followers and prospects throughout their journey. Owning, managing, and optimizing our paid channels: Google Ads, Instagram & Facebook ads, Linkedin ads, etc…
You’ll develop a data-driven experiment approach to test and evaluate new lead generation channels in our challenging strategy.
This role is based in Madrid, with a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and 2 remote days.
Main challenges
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth across various digital channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social media advertising, and affiliate marketing.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid search, display, and social media advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven optimizations to improve campaign performance, such as ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters.
- Utilize web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience across channels
- Conversion focus: Drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition, and income revenue.
You are
- Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze data, metrics, and trends to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify challenges, develop solutions, and overcome obstacles in campaign optimization.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in campaign tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Project Management: Solid project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns.
- Data Analysis: Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, and familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
You have
- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B acquisition and performance marketing campaigns in a high-growth startup environment
- Performance mindset: You have a proven track record in managing and executing B2B paid marketing strategies (google ads, facebook ads, linkedin ads)
- Experience managing and optimizing paid search, display advertising, and social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis, utilizing tools like Excel or Google Sheets, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics to derive insights and optimize campaign performance.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies, conducting experiments, and implementing data-driven optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs, such as CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and ROI, and the ability to analyze and interpret these metrics accurately.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to align marketing campaigns with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Familiarity with market research techniques, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in the fintech industry or with employee benefits programs is a plus, but not required.
