THE ROLE

Our model combines a new age of 4D Scheduling with objective, real-time insights using Augmented Reality for quality and progress tracking.

As a Planner at XYZ Reality, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of projects across multiple locations, working in collaboration with our engineering, production and sales teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead external planning teams with proficiency in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and 4D integration.

• Integrate Project Programme(s) in accordance with client requirements into the 3D design, including MEP programme to sequence the build within the BIM model.

• Work with the Sales Team on client calls, demonstrating strong schedule and construction knowledge.

• Project data analytics using Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and Excel, with regular progress reporting at customer and company level.

• Monitor productivity and completion deadlines, maintaining front-end stakeholder interaction throughout.

• Provide technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls within the XYZ Project Team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of scheduling experience in a construction environment.

• Mission Critical / Data Centre project experience.

• Construction-related degree or M&E trade background.

• Experience with Primavera P6.

KEY EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

──────────────────────────────

• Good knowledge of the construction industry with working knowledge of MEP planning — ideally data centres or high-tech / mission critical sectors.

• Ability to analyse a construction sequence, identify risks and hazards, and resolve coordination issues.

• A relentless and dynamic approach to working with people, with the ability to influence and drive the best outcomes.

• Able to coach and challenge both management and non-specialists.

• Strong stakeholder communication skills with experience in regular client-facing reporting.

• 4D Construction software experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
