The Role
Ensure all testing is completed as per training and procedures and that all the documentation is completed for each item tested.
Manually Calibrate, Test, and sign off products, all XYZ ATOM device, either sales products, in house, or R&D, that have been handed over by the production, hardware and design teams.
Support with the hands-on testing of XYZ PCB's where required by the hardware team.
Maintain high attention to detail on all deliverables to ensure exceptional quality is always achieved.
Aid in maintaining documentation including test procedures, SOPS, technical manuals, and other documents required.
Take critical measurements and conduct tests as per the documentation of parts to ensure the parts, such as plastics, PCBs, metal parts, and technologies, from suppliers are of expected quality before, we accept items
Assist where required with feedback and observations on the general use and operability of all XYZ products and processes.
Assist in all aspects of testing and data collection for XYZ tech and development teams.
Support operational functions of the XYZ NPI facility, including goods in and out, stock management and production.
Maintain a “Continuous Improvement” mentality and look at ways to improve the product, quality, process, and the company in all aspects.
Support R&D where required on the automation protocols, scripting and processes to further optimise the calibration, deployment and testing procedures.
