Overview
The XYZ Consultant Scheduler/Planner will act on behalf of the Client (Asset Owner) to monitor, review, and manage the overall programme for the successful delivery of a multi-building data center campus. The role is focused on governance, assurance, and strategic programme control, ensuring that all contractors deliver to plan and that the integrated programme reflects accurate, realistic, and risk-informed timelines.

c. $120,000 - $150,000 USD annual salary dependent on experience

Experience Required
MUST have Data Center project experience (more than 4 years)
5+ years Scheduling experience
Ideally worked in a similar capacity of role (Consultant / Client Side)
Construction related degree or come from a trade background
US right to work (sponsorship cannot be provided)
Key Responsibilities
Client Scope of Works (FULL SCOPE OF WORKS SENT UPON SUCCESSFUL APPLICATION, BEFORE INTERVIEW):
1. Integrated Programme Oversight
2. Schedule Review and Validation
3. Progress Monitoring & Reporting
4. Schedule Risk Management
5. Change and Claims Support
6. Stakeholder Coordination
7. Commissioning & Turnover Readiness
Internal Responsibilities:
Leading external planning teams and inputs from general contractors, specialist subcontractors, client-furnished (CFE) providers, design and commissioning teams
Responsible for integrating Project Programme(s) in accordance with Client requirements in to the 3D design.
Expanding the scheduled activities including MEP programme (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) to sequence the build and integrate within the BIM model.
Working with the Sales Team on client calls and demonstrating good schedule and construction knowledge.
Project Data analytics with Microsoft Power BI, Power Apps and Excel.
Regular progress reporting at both a customer and company level
Monitoring productivity and completion deadlines
Regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for technical and assurance support for Planning & Project Controls in the XYZ Project Team.
