As a Senior Product Designer, you will help us connect the digital world of construction data with the physical world of builders and engineers, by designing effective, easy to use and compelling user experiences for our software products.
You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge hardware and software, and collaborate with a wider team of engineers, computer scientists and industrial designers.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software, Hardware, and Marketing, to refine and evolve user experiences, ensuring consistency across our platform's design system.
- Design and document UI assets tailored to diverse device requirements, merging brand identity with intuitive usability.
- Conceive and articulate beautiful animations and transitions that can help make the user journey more usable and engaging
- Push the boundaries of 3D design patterns and identify new paradigms of interaction
- Advocate for user needs and help foster a design culture, based on evidence and insights from user research
- Document and share UI assets, according to the device requirements
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- A proven track record of 5+ years in software product design within professional teams.
- Be able to hit the ground running and work autonomously when required.
- Experience utilizing research and data to help drive product strategy and decision making.
- Expertise in crafting design systems for multi-device platforms, demonstrating a strong foundation in interaction and visual design principles.
- Proficient in Figma, with experience creating prototypes at different levels of fidelity.
- A portfolio of work, of which you can talk through the design and implementation process
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A good understanding of Figma variables and design tokens.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React) to help bridge the gap between design and development.
- Experience in B2B or SaaS product design.
NICE TO HAVE
- Background in designing for XR platforms (AR/VR/MR).
- Hands-on experience prototyping 3D interfaces using tools like Unity or Unreal.
- Knowledge of CAD software, 3D Modelling and BIM standards.
- Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA.
