Walking on Earth is solving this problem through a health platform that builds resilience to stress with micro moments of recovery during the working day.

The WONE Method blends the latest advances in AI technology and neuroscience to measure stress and deliver personalised health plans from world leading experts. Walking on Earth’s journey has been one of high growth and impact, with 3x YoY growth, 8x engagement compared to industry standard and 66% of employees reporting a reduction in stress.

WONE supports large, high performing businesses to break the cycle of chronic stress and supercharge business performance.

We have an experienced leadership team ex. Google, Treatwell, Deliveroo, BenevolentAI and are VC backed with word class investors & advisors incl. Arianna Huffington & Brent Hoberman. We live and breathe by example to create a truly authentic team culture, with wellbeing at its core. Our annual retreat, which received an average of 9/10 in satisfaction scores, is an example of how we do things differently.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Head of Commercial to lead all revenue-generating functions at WONE – encompassing Sales and Customer Success. You’ll lead the commercial function end-to-end: shaping our SaaS proposition, refining our go-to-market approach, embedding operational excellence, and ensuring customers realise measurable and recurring value from WONE. This is not a traditional sales or business development role – you’ll drive commercial and operational excellence, ensuring our teams, systems, and strategy deliver sustained growth and customer impact.

This is a pivotal leadership role for a strategic commercial operator who can bring structure, alignment, and pace to how we acquire, retain, and grow customers. You’ll shape and execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, build scalable revenue systems, and lead our commercial teams to deliver measurable business growth and customer impact.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a central role in shaping WONE’s growth trajectory – translating insight into action, and strategy into results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

ABOUT YOU

  • Senior commercial leader – 7–10+ years’ experience in fast-scaling B2B SaaS or technology businesses, with broad exposure to sales and customer success.

  • Customer-centric thinker – They wouldn’t necessarily be a seller, but they would have a deep understanding of customer pain points and journeys in SaaS; ensures every touchpoint delivers measurable, recurring value.
  • Mission-aligned – You thrive in dynamic environments and care deeply about purpose-driven business and wellbeing.
