ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Operations Associate to play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly as we scale. In this generalist role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and leadership team. You’ll help manage day-to-day operations, offer assistance to the CEO, support the finance function, coordinate projects, and ensure the team environment enables our team to do their best work.

This role is perfect for a generalist who is adaptable, able to build relationships and has experience of working in a fast paced start up. You’ll gain exposure across the business — from finance and operations to executive support and events — making it a great stepping stone for growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • People & Culture: Organise and coordinate company meetings, workshops, and team events, maintaining a thriving and unique team culture.
  • Hiring: Support with onboarding/ offboard employees, legal agreements and hiring processes
  • Executive Support: Provide support to the CEO including meeting coordination and planning, follow ups, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Office Management: Manage office logistics and supplies, liaise with our workspace provider, and support smooth day-to-day operations
  • Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, helping to organise priorities and ensure follow-through.
  • Business Insights: Help track company data and OKRs to provide insights that support growth and efficiency.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Assist with preparing presentations, documenting processes, and liaising with legal or compliance partners as required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience: Around 3+ years in an operations or project management role — ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Organisation & Detail: Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proactive & Problem-Solving: A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and solves problems independently.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable with change and able to stay calm under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, willing to pitch in wherever needed to help the business succeed.
