🚀 About the role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with experience of B2B client management and user engagement. You will be the face of WONE to our clients, managing our relationship with key clients across the entire post-sales journey - from onboarding to upsell. You will be working on building relationships, driving engagement and activation through creative tactics, managing client onboarding and winning upsells and renewals. Reporting into a Head of Client Success, you will be working very closely with the sales team, cross-functional engagement squad and product team.
As well as being target driven, with proven revenue and engagement results, you're genuinely passionate about our mission to end the workplace stress epidemic. We're ideally looking for a driven, highly engaging, problem-solving individual with startup experience. You will also be creative in your approach, looking to do things differently to drive our industry leading engagement rates. Experience in an early stage business and in the health tech and / or corporate wellbeing space is highly advantageous.

- Strong background in B2B client management
- Passion for health & wellbeing and its potential to transform company culture
- Strong relationship builder, with excellent communication and relationship management skills, as well as evidence of building relationships with HR and People leads
- Proven experience delivering against KPIs / OKRs or equivalent
- Previous ownership of both revenue and engagement metrics
- Experience managing client onboarding, activation, renewal and upsell
- Creative and used to thinking outside the box
- Strong manager and leader
- Experience working in an early stage, fast paced, start-up environment
- Process oriented with strong project management acumen
📃 Preferred Qualifications
- Around 3+ years of experience in Client Management, Client Success and / or Engagement roles
- Experience managing Enterprise accounts (2000+ org size) with a global footprint
- Target driven and commercial, with an collaborative mindset that can uncover potential growth opportunities
