Walking on Earth is solving this problem; through a precision health platform for workplace stress. Our platform creates individual health plans using data from our WONE index and provides access to 100s of live and on demand content on neuroscience, nutrition, movement, mindfulness and sleep.
Historically, we've worked with large, high performing businesses and have had a significant impact on the health of their teams with 50% average company engagement rates and 90% of employees experiencing an increase in scores by an average of 30 percentage points.
We give teams the tools they need to proactively address employee health, before they reach a point of crisis.

🚀 What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales.
You love closing deals, thrive on hitting targets and are genuinely passionate about our mission.
The ideal candidate will be an engaging, highly motivated, creative problem-solver with prior startup experience.
You’ll be responsible for managing the entire sales pipeline, from identifying prospects to closing deals, while bringing innovative strategies that set us apart from the competition. Your ability to wear many hats and your deep commitment to our mission will be key to your success.

😎 Who you are

Experienced in B2B Sales : You have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for health and wellbeing.
Sales Pipeline Mastery: Proven experience managing all aspects of the sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals.
Self-Motivated & Collaborative: Thrives in both independent and team environments, driving results with minimal oversight.
Exceptional Communicator: Excellent at building and managing relationships through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and email.
Target-Oriented: A track record of delivering against KPIs/OKRs, with a solutions-oriented mindset.
Innovative Thinker: Creative in approach, always looking for ways to differentiate our offering and overcome obstacles.
Continuous Improver: An analytical mindset, committed to refining sales processes, tools, and strategies for better outcomes.
Startup Experience: Experience in fast-paced, early-stage environments where agility and adaptability are crucial.
Integrity & Trust: High standards of ethics and honesty in all interactions.
Wellbeing Enthusiast: Experience in the well-being sector or working with HR teams is a plus.

📃 Preferred Qualifications

Around 3+ Years in Business Development/B2B Sales: Open to candidates with mid to senior-level experience.
Target-Driven & Commercially Minded: A collaborative mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
