Walking on Earth is solving this problem; through a precision health platform for workplace stress. Our platform creates individual health plans using data from our WONE index and provides access to 100s of live and on demand content on neuroscience, nutrition, movement, mindfulness and sleep.
Historically, we've worked with large, high performing businesses and have had a significant impact on the health of their teams with 30% average company engagement rates and 70% of employees experiencing an increase in Index scores by an average of 30 percentage points.

What we need
We are hiring a Product Designer to help people regulate their stress. This is an opportunity to take ownership of our end to end design process, delivering a world-class user experience through beautiful design across our web & mobile apps.
You are an effective communicator who is energised by cross functional collaboration. You’ll be motivated to advance our customer’s goals, WONE’s business objectives and our mission by drawing insights from end users, and translating them into creative strategies and execution plans that will solve pain points and bring measurable benefits and joy to our users and customers.
You’ll be able to articulate the potential impact, requirements, investment and risks associated with your plans to product managers, engineers, customer success colleagues and leadership. When it comes to execution, you love your hands on role, whether it’s helping a squad to run a rapid product experiment or crafting an impactful and beautiful user experience and UI on our native and web apps. We’re an early stage startup, so we are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about keeping their high quality of delivery consistent, who loves pace almost as much as they love to ship, and who thrives in a role that requires them to initiate and drive continuous improvement in their domain.
What you’ll be doing
Collaborative Prowess: Collaborating with dynamic product managers, developers, and stakeholders to pioneer inventive visual solutions and elevate user experiences
End-to-End Mastery: Leading the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final visual design
Crafting Excellence: Delivering wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively convey design concepts and interactions
User-Centric Ingenuity: Creating storyboards, user flows, personas, and journey maps, ensuring a design approach rooted in user-centricity
Intuitive Interfaces: Translating high-level requirements and interaction flows into intuitive and functional user interfaces, in close collaboration with our tech team
Continuous Improvement: Testing, iterating, and enhancing our design system, consistently measuring the impact of your designs on performance and engagement
Brand Adherence: Embracing and upholding our WONE Brand Guidelines, infusing them into every aspect of your design approach

Solution-oriented, tackling challenges with creativity, consistently enhancing user experiences through innovative design solutions
Detail oriented, passionate about creating pixel-perfect, clean and simple design
An effective communicator, passionate about collaborating closely with Tech teams
Preferred Qualifications
3-6 years in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth tech environment
Experience working with Product teams and with consumers / end users
SaaS, b2b2c and/or healthtech experience would be beneficial
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Adobe
