🚀 What we need
We’re looking for a stellar Head of Product to lead our Product & Engineering teams and build a growing adoption of our B2B2C product. We are looking for a highly experienced, naturally inquisitive, problem-solving individual who can assume responsibility for our entire product suite, and who has a natural interest in healthtech. You will have the opportunity to lead and inspire a talented product and engineering team, and help transform our approach to stress in the workplace. You will own our Product strategy and vision, and will work with Product Managers on feature delivery from end to end. You’ll discover, define, and deliver on features in collaboration with users, stakeholders, designers and developers.
😎 Who you are
Experience of bringing an early stage product to market
Have established and led cross functional product teams
Can evidence a high degree of technical literacy and the ability to contribute meaningfully to technical architecture and feature specifications - engineers love to work on your products!
Have led and developed product teams for customer facing products, across desktop and native apps
Data-driven & iterative in your approach
Research and customer obsessed
A balance of being hands-on and strategic
📃 Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Product Management
Experience in B2B SaaS and/or healthtech preferred
AI understanding and exposure would be beneficial
