🚀 What we need
As a data-first company, we rely heavily on data for internal operations, recommendation engines, health analytics, and more. You'll be an essential part of our journey, working with a best-in-class analytics tech stack that includes AWS RDS, GA4, GTM, BigQuery, Fivetran, and Tableau. You will play an integral role in our rapidly expanding startup, offering you a unique opportunity to significantly influence our mission and contribute to our success.
👁 What you’ll be doing
Define and Track Metrics: Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and monitor key business metrics, presented via self-serve dashboards and reports.
Strategic Insight Mining: Conduct in-depth analyses to extract actionable insights across various business areas, such as engagement, user behaviour, and product analytics.
Tech Stack Support: Continue to develop our data structures across our ETL, data warehouse, and business intelligence tools.
Reporting: Assist in generating key business reports for boards and investors.
Data Integrity: Automate manual processes to ensure seamless data flow across different systems.
User Interaction: Collaborate with the Product team to define what and how to track user interactions across our digital products.
Data governance and security: Ensuring industry standards and best practice are embedded into our data stack and processes.
Trend Spotting: Proactively identify trends and insights to influence business decisions.
Data Optimisation: Work closely with our engineers to ensure our data is organized and accessible.
😎 Who you are
Interest: Passionate about data, health and behavioral science.
Initiative: Not just a problem solver but a problem finder. Someone who goes above and beyond in thought and execution.
Plus Points: Experience with GCP, AI, biometrics, and setting up data systems from scratch.
CRM Experience: Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills in English, with a knack for presenting complex data in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders
Team Player: An A+ player, committed to excellence and continuous improvement
📃 Preferred Qualifications
2-5 years in a similar role, preferably in a high-growth tech environment
Master-level SQL expertise and proficiency in Python
Experience with Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, Redshift, and ETLs like Matillion
Familiar with tools like Firebase, GA4, or equivalents
