Our Interview Process

𝐐 Interview with a member of the talent team (30 mins)

You’ll have an initial video interview to discuss your experience and the role in more detail to determine if it feels like a good fit.

📞 Call with the hiring manager (30 mins)

If you have any questions or aspects you would like to discuss, we are more than happy to spend some time together working through these!

📊 Task stage interview (60 mins)

This could be an exercise you do in your own time or a presentation to the hiring manager and other team members. We will make it clear what is required in good time!

👩🏽‍💻 CEO interview (30 mins)

A chance to meet our founder, swap stories, and make sure there is a mutually great fit!

👥 Team or Advisor stage (30 - 60 mins)

A chance to meet some other team members, hopefully come into the office and see what it’s like to work with us

🍾 Offer stage

We aim to move to offer stage as soon as possible, and offer all candidates a feedback call on their performance throughout the process, whether they are successful or not.
