Walking on Earth is solving this problem; through a precision health platform for workplace stress. Our platform creates individual health plans using data from our WONE index and provides access to 100s of live and on demand content on neuroscience, nutrition, movement, mindfulness and sleep.
Historically, we've worked with large, high performing businesses and have had a significant impact on the health of their teams with 50% average company engagement rates and 90% of employees experiencing an increase in scores by an average of 30 percentage points.
We give teams the tools they need to proactively address employee health, before they reach a point of crisis.

What we need

We are looking for a Sales Professional with experience of B2B sales, who is a demonstrable closer of deals, target obsessed and genuinely passionate about what we are doing. The ideal candidate will be a driven, highly engaging, problem-solving individual who has prior start-up experience and can deliver against all aspects of the sales pipeline from identifying prospects to closing clients. They will also be creative in their approach, looking to do things differently to set us apart from the competition & able to wear many hats & bring genuine passion for our mission and desire to sell our important product. Experience in an early stage business is highly advantageous.

Who you are

Strong background in B2B sales
Passion for health & wellbeing and its potential to transform company culture
Demonstrable experience delivering against all aspects of the sales pipeline from identifying prospects to closing client sales
Self motivated, with the ability to thrive in both a collaborative team environment and when working independently to achieve goals
Excellent communication and relationship management skills across face to face, phone and email
Proven experience delivering against KPIs / OKRs or equivalent
Solutions-oriented and driven to find new solutions to overcome key objections and barriers: create case studies, work cross-functionally to remove barriers, capture learnings, possess a consultative selling style
Can demonstrate creativity and thinking outside the box
Improver mindset and analytical approach, driven to consistently iterate on the way we sell, our process, tools, and collateral
Experience working in an early stage, fast paced, start-up environment
High standards of integrity and trust
Experience working in wellbeing or with HR teams desirable
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in business development/ B2B sales (open to mid and senior level experience)
Target driven and commercial, with an collaborative mindset that can uncover potential growth opportunities
