The Events Marketing Manager plays a critical role in supporting the global events strategy by leading the execution of key marketing events across the UK, Europe, and the U.S.

This individual contributor role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, has exceptional attention to detail, and is passionate about bringing experiences to life through seamless planning and execution.

You will work closely with the Head of Events Marketing, acting as a logistical and operational engine behind industry trade shows, hosted events, and client engagements that build brand awareness and accelerate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Event Execution & Project Management

· Own the end-to-end execution of select global and regional events—pre/during/post—including logistics, vendor coordination, travel and accommodation, materials, shipping, and onsite support.

· Manage timelines, run-of-show, deliverables, and internal communications to ensure seamless execution and alignment across commercial and marketing teams.

· Create and manage event-specific SharePoint folders with budgets, contracts, creative assets, and recaps for full transparency and collaboration.

Cross-Functional Coordination

· Partner with the Commercial, and Product Marketing teams to align on objectives, attendee lists, and pre-event outreach.

· Support booth and brand presence development including design files, collateral, swag, lead forms, and speaker prep as needed.

· Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to track lead data and outcomes in Salesforce.

Budget Tracking & Vendor Management

· Manage event budgets, ensuring accurate tracking of expenses, supplier invoices, and T&E.

· Coordinate with procurement and finance where applicable to manage payments and compliance.

Post-Event Reporting

· Support post-event debriefs and help capture performance data including attendance, leads, conversations, and conversion outcomes.

· Maintain documentation that helps evaluate event performance against goals.

Process & Operational Excellence

· Help refine and implement scalable systems and templates for consistent event execution across markets.

· Participate in building a strong feedback loop between marketing and sales to continuously improve event effectiveness.

· Proven experience in event marketing, operations, or a related field within B2B, preferably in tech or fintech/insurtech environments.

· Experience managing event logistics from concept to execution, including 3rd-party vendor and budget oversight.

· Proven ability to juggle multiple events in parallel, across time zones and regions.

· Strong communication skills and proactive project management mindset.

· Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, SharePoint, Excel, project management platforms, and basic creative review workflows.

· A collaborative team player who takes initiative and thrives in a scale-up environment.
