Looking to join an emerging leader in the UK FinTech industry? It's such an exciting time to be joining Vitesse!
Created by a team of proven FinTech entrepreneurs in 2016, Vitesse PSP has recently closed a $26m Series-B funding round. Now having established revenues streams and a differentiated position in key segments we have embarked on a journey to double our revenue in each of the next three to four years. We employ around 80 colleagues across the EU with hubs in London & Rotterdam. In 2022, we plan to scale our product and platform engineering team to take advantage of the market opportunity across Europe and position us to enter the US.
Our existing solution allows us to operate one of the largest domestic banking and payment networks in the world, from our UK regulated business, giving our customers direct access to more than 100 countries' banking networks, supporting over 60 currencies. Through a single integration, merchants gain access to in-country payment routing, resulting in significantly lower payment costs and much faster delivery. To date, we have processed over £3bn across more than 3 million transactions and are looking to more than double volumes each year.
We now need to rapidly scale-out our engineering capability to build a global version of this platform that supports multiple regulatory hubs and points of origination.
THE ROLE
Your role will be to help build a robust and scalable reporting framework to support our finance, sales, product and service delivery teams. This will entail the design and build of a comprehensive set of business dashboards and reports. As part of a 30-person technology team, you will be supporting key internal stakeholders that require access to real-time and curated data.
In this role, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders across the organisation, rapidly becoming a subject matter expert on our data reporting framework and data lake. The successful person will have experience building analysing complex operational data and working with stakeholders to extract insights and assist in the definition of relevant KPI as supporting business metrics.
Your Responsibilities
Formed in 2014 by a team of proven FinTech entrepreneurs, we are an FCA regulated payments business that is driven to be the payment partner of choice for the insurance market, by providing global payment services and treasury optimisation. Operating one of the largest domestic banking and payment settlement networks in the world, we give our customers direct access to more than 170 countries and territories, covering over 110 currencies. Through a single integration, insurers can use this network to pay claims in as fast as 45 seconds, delivering a better customer experience to their claimants. Our market-leading treasury optimisation service brings complete control and transparency to insurers and allows them to have their money in the right place, at the right time, to make that all important payment - fast, and when their customers need it most.
With now over 160 employees across Europe and our London headquarters, $26m series B funding in 2022 in the bag and approaching £8bn in processed transactions, we are only just getting started.
We are collaborative, customer centric and work with integrity, whilst partnering with some of the biggest insurance leaders including Lloyd's of London and Many Pets. We take huge pride in our company culture, ensuring that everyone has a part to play, an opportunity to be heard, be involved, and the ability to make a real difference.
As we continue to scale up, we want like-minded humans to join us on this exciting journey. Are you ready?
