We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join the Commercial team at Vitesse. You will be responsible for growing our key strategic Lloyd's and London Market initiatives.

A newly created role, you will be working closely with the Partnership Director as part of a team specifically focused on Lloyd's and London Market delivery. You will be a key stakeholder in maintaining our efforts across FCP and further initiatives, providing transparency and

Playing a key role in our delivery to the market, you will co-ordinate efforts across a number of internal and external initiatives in conjunction, providing transparency across our key stakeholders.

Provides reporting and facilitation across market relationships, monitors and tracks adoption effort, product roadmap and community actions and key points to progress.

This role is highly cross-functional, where you'll work with senior stakeholders across our business, including the commercial, product, executive and operational teams to facilitate our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Partnership Director to deliver Lloyd's market strategy and scale the FCP adoption
  • Supporting complex queries responses from our Client Service Manager and then ensuring that they are captured within market FAQ and other service record points. Feeding any necessary development change back into the Vitesse functions
  • Own key communications from Vitesse to the market (with support from our marketing and other functions), including any market forums and owning co-ordination of the actions agreed across Vitesse functions
  • Monthly reporting for the market, LIMOSS & Adoption teams - using your experience to develop our internal data reporting
  • Supporting and feeding back into improved support and product on Lloyds market product
  • Facilitating Internal knowledge and education sessions on FCP and other initiatives
  • Vitesse representation at market events
  • Support the development of Vitesse changes, knowledge and key updates into Vitesse internal teams


Requirements

  • Strong background/knowledge/network in the Insurance Industry - preferably Lloyds Market process would be ideal
  • Helpful to understand the context of Delegated Authority Claims flow within the Lloyds Market
  • Demonstrable experience of mentoring, coaching and developing colleagues/teams
  • Confident communicator with excellent listening skills and an excellent sense of ownership and accountability
  • Prior experience managing a complex, multi-faceted partnership or providing solutions cross functional matrix organisations would be highly advantageous
  • Experience in a client facing role with a exemplary client-orientated focus
  • Be a self-starter and willing to travel.
