You will provide effective coaching in a supportive environment. You will be responsible for managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. You will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Lead a team of relationship managers, focused on our TPA & Broker networks within the insurance industry.
· Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture focused on delivering an exceptional experience to our clients.
· Support, mentor and coach the team, leveraging the Vitesse learning and development resources. Develop and empower the team in their account management potential.
· Enhance our existing ways of working in collaboration with your team, to ensure that we are best placed to achieve our strategic goals.
· Engage key and senior stakeholders internally and externally to ensure that customer feedback and deeper industry expertise informs our strategic roadmap.
· Work closely with Client Service, Operations and Product Teams to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to the portfolio. Act as a senior point of escalation.
· Work with our Business Development and broader Relationship Management teams to ensure that we are maximising our industry network to best effect.
· A proven track record in Sales or Relationship Management with minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an RM (or equivalent).
· Leadership experience, directly or indirectly - motivating teams to work to common goals.
· Strategic mindset to adopt effective client strategies and account planning.
· Can understand complex requirements and business models and articulate solutions in a simple relatable format.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
· Proven ability to manage and delegate multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously.
· Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce for effective client management.
· Ideally with experience in the Insurance industry and/or global banking and payments infrastructures, but not essential.
· Passion for fintech/scale-ups with the mentality to get your hands dirty!
