Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Inbound Qualification
Collaborate with EAP resellers to identify co-selling opportunities and support their employer-facing teams across Latin America and the broader Americas region
Identify and engage employer clients across Spanish-speaking markets, building a strong outbound pipeline through calls, emails, social selling, and networking
Qualify inbound opportunities from EAP reseller partners and manage discovery calls or full-cycle follow-up
Navigate regional healthcare variations and employer benefits landscapes across Spanish-speaking countries and territories
Utilize CRM systems to track all prospect interactions and maintain accurate pipeline data
Sales Support & Collaboration
Provide product knowledge, training materials, sales enablement decks, and resources to partners
Develop and maintain sales materials for employer prospects and reseller partners, ensuring market accessibility across Spanish-speaking markets (including bilingual Spanish/English materials)
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and messaging tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences
Work closely with Vira Health Leadership & Reseller Account Executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs and deal progression
Adapt sales approaches considering country-specific healthcare systems and regulatory requirements across the region
Performance & Reporting
Meet or exceed targets for qualified opportunities, pipeline creation, and closed deals across territory
Track activity metrics and pipeline in the CRM
Participate in sales strategy discussions and contribute to best practices for market expansion
Key Requirements
3+ years of B2B sales experience, business development, or customer-facing experience
Fluent Spanish and English required, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both
Understanding of employer benefits landscapes, group insurance, and healthcare system nuances across Spanish-speaking markets
Highly organised, data-driven, and proficient in CRM tools
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting activities
