About The Role
We’re seeking a Recruitment & HR Associate to support both talent acquisition and HR operations. This is a key role in helping us hire exceptional talent, streamline people processes, and ensure a positive employee experience across our global team.
Role Overview
60% Recruitment | 40% HR & Office Operations
You will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to support hiring efforts - particularly technical and data roles - while also helping run core HR processes and maintaining smooth daily operations in the NYC office.

Your responsiblites

  • Your missions
  • Recruitment (60%)
  • In charge of full-cycle recruitment for engineering, product, and revenues roles.
  • Source and engage candidates across various channels (LinkedIn, niche tech communities, job boards).
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes.
  • Maintain our ATS and ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
  • Promote a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage communication with external recruitment partners when needed.
  • HR & People Operations (30%)
  • Support onboarding and offboarding workflows, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
  • Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compliance processes.
  • Help facilitate performance review cycles, feedback processes, and culture initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal communications and people-related updates.
  • Office & Administrative Support (10%)
  • Coordinate office logistics, supplies, and vendor relationships for the NYC office.
  • Support planning for team events, offsites, and meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

About you - Must have

  • 3–5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or people operations (startup or tech environment preferred).
  • Experience hiring or sourcing engineering & product talent strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, documentation, and US employment key concepts/ processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across recruitment, HR, and office tasks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
  • Interest in crypto, blockchain, or data/tech—prior experience is a plus.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
