We’re looking for an AI engineer based in Sri Lanka to join our team developing intelligent agents that empower customer success teams to work smarter and operate more efficiently.

What you’ll do?

• Design, build and operate AI solutions that create measurable outcomes for our customers

*Conduct time-boxed research and development projects to explore cutting-edge applications of AI

*Explore, understand and prepare gnarly data for model training and evaluation

*Develop and train AI agents using a variety of models, algorithms and techniques

*Continuously assess and enhance the performance of AI in production

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address key customer challenges and integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Engineer solutions that scale and endure, working across the stack to ensure smooth deployment and robust operations

What you’ve achieved?

• Completed a degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field
• 1+ years of hands-on experience – after your degree – applying AI/ML to real-world challenges in a commercial, production setting
• Proven success in delivering AI solutions that drive meaningful outcomes, with a clear ability to articulate their impact on a business
• Expertise in a range of AI/ML and data technologies, including LLMs
• Advanced proficiency in Python for AI development and software engineering
• Proficiency working in cloud-based environments
