We are currently on the lookout for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team. What do you need to apply for this position?

• A relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Ability to quickly analyze and understand external system API documentation and integrate those systems with our platform.
• Having experience in working with integration solutions like Zapier, Mulesoft, and WSO2 Integrator would be an added advantage
• Expertise in implementing APIs using NodeJS.
• Expertise in developing and executing custom scripts.
• Strong understanding of ES6 concepts.
• Proficiency in JSON and interacting with RESTful APIs.
• Good communication skills and experience in direct client interactions.
• A commitment to code quality, stability, and reliability, ensuring seamless integrations.
• Strong focus on code consistency and readability.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Experience working with AWS or any other cloud service provider.

What will you be responsible for?

• Quickly understanding customer requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.
• Designing and implementing efficient, reusable, and scalable code to support future needs.
• Develop and maintain integrations via AI-powered integration tools like Active Pieces
• Developing and optimizing custom scripts to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Continuously monitoring the health of integration scripts, identifying potential issues, and driving improvements.
• Address non-functional requirements during the development
• Gaining a deep understanding of various external systems and their integration patterns to build seamless connectivity.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Providing production support post-deployment, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary fixes to maintain system stability.
