We’re looking for an AI engineer to bring AI-powered insights, tools and automation to life to amplify the impact of people working in customer success.

What you’ll do?

• Design, implement and operate AI solutions that create measurable outcomes for our customers
• Conduct research and development projects to explore cutting-edge applications of AI
• Develop and train AI pipelines and models using various algorithms and techniques
• Explore, understand and prepare gnarly data for model training and evaluation
• Continuously assess and enhance the performance of AI models in production
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address key customer challenges and integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Engineer solutions that scale and endure, working across the stack to ensure smooth deployment and robust operations

What you’ve achieved?

• Degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on experience applying AI/ML or analytics tech to real-world challenges in a commercial, production setting
• Proven success in building AI solutions that drive meaningful outcomes, with a clear ability to articulate their impact
• Expertise in a range of AI/ML and data technologies, such as Python, SQL, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Advanced proficiency in Natural Language Processing techniques and tools
• Proficiency working in cloud-based environments
• A track record of leaving systems, pipelines, and tools more efficient and effective than you found them

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in developing and deploying solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Knowledge of MLOps practices for streamlining machine learning workflows
