We are currently looking for an Implementation Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder and make a dent.

What will you be responsible for?

• Managing the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of Velaris customers

* Align the initial data setup and integration flow setup with the customer

* Configure Velaris.

* Communicate the custom development requirements to the team and manage the end-to-end delivery.

* Provide training where necessary alongside the Customer Success team.

• Run the data and process discovery meetings with the customers, producing design flow documents for the customers and the internal development team.
• Working with the Customer Success team on identifying the project timelines, opportunities and risks

What do you need to apply for this position?

• Excellent Written and Verbal fluency in English
• Managed integration-heavy implementations before
• Producing data flow diagrams when it comes to integrations
• Experience in working with Sales CRM solutions such as Hubspot, Salesforce and Pipedrive
• Ability to understand how other B2B SaaS systems will work

* For Example, you don't know Chargebee, but now one of your customers wants to plug Chargebee data into Velaris.

• Knowledge of working with APIs using Postman/Curl
• Knowledge of working with Zapier
• Eager to speak to Customers
• Excited to Connect Platforms through Integrations
