Velaris' mission is to build the future Customer Success and Intelligence platform for B2B tech companies. In less than a year from hiring the first developer, we developed a world-class product, allowing us to close industry-leading logos and raise funds from some of Europe’s top investors - a 4M EUR Seed round led by Octopus Ventures. This is a crucial role with tremendous upside potential as we tackle one of the fastest-growing spaces (think of Mar-tech and sales-tech ten years ago).

We are looking for a seasoned AE to work alongside the existing team and founders in taking the company to Series A.

Responsibilities

You will sell to Customer Success, Account Management and Revenue leaders in B2B tech companies and own the whole sales cycle. This role involves identifying opportunities, devising prospecting strategies, revealing crucial insights during discovery sessions, making accurate outcome predictions, doing demos and successfully finalizing deals.

  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding Net New Annual Revenue targets
  • Qualify, convert, and manage pipeline coverage
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and activity tracking in CRM Records
  • Source new logo opportunities to achieve quarterly quotas
  • Collaborate with CS on strategic accounts to drive revenue Expansion
  • Champion Verlaris platform and product offerings for prospective clients through product demonstrations, tradeshows, and market events in close collaboration with the wider team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of business experience in the SaaS industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience solution selling complex cloud infrastructure or platforms
  • Former experience as a BDR or SDR is a must
  • Track record of consistent overachievement of quotas
  • Consultative and solutions-oriented sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Outstanding research, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Being a former early employee at a Seed or Series A stage company is a plus
  • Fluency in English
