In order to support our further growth, we are currently recruiting for a SDR North America based in our New York office.
What You’ll Do
Drive ValueBlue’s expansion in the U.S. by generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, video outreach, and other channels)
Articulate the value, capabilities, and business impact of ValueBlue’s AI-powered business transformation platform.
Manage a high daily volume of outreach with thoughtful personalization and persistent follow-up
Use creative tactics, including personalized video, to stand out and drive engagement
Qualify outbound leads to uncover pain points, buying intent, and strategic initiatives
Nurture prospects through multi-touch engagement to drive meetings and pipeline
Maintain accurate CRM records and strong pipeline hygiene
Bring ideas, test messaging, and continuously improve outreach strategies
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
1–2+ years of outbound BDR/SDR experience, preferably selling technical or enterprise solutions
A true hunter mindset with a can-win attitude - motivated by targets.
Proven ability to generate a pipeline through cold outreach
Hungry, resilient, and self-motivated — able to push through rejection.
Confidently engaging senior decision-makers with a consultative, business-first approach
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and video outreach platforms
Startup experience preferred, with comfort operating independently and taking ownership
Excited to collaborate closely with an AE and do whatever it takes to break into accounts
Willing to work from our NYC office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (currently team days onsite)
Comfortable speaking to technical stakeholders
Highly coachable and metrics-driven
Base salary range: approximately 70K
Commission uncapped: approximately 25K
