The Regional Trainer - North is a key role in helping the team succeed and enabling the Company to grow and develop. Our trainers deliver training and support to a wide range of allied health care professionals who are extending their scope of practice to carry out a full ear and hearing health check including otoscopy, micro suction ear wax removal and hearing check using the Tympa system. Working within a closely knit team each regional trainer is responsible for their own geographical area as well as supporting the national events as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- delivery / support of online Webinars;
- delivery / support of face to face training events;
- development of new training materials and platforms (as part of the team);
- individual mentoring of customers through their initial post-sign off period;
- clinical remote reviews as part of the TympaHealth ENT and Audiology support network;
- support / refresher visits as required (both online and face to face); and
- performing other duties as assigned by the Professional Services Team Manager / Director of Training & Professional Services.
Your main objectives will be to:
- manage the customer learning journey, ensuring support is provided and all assessment criteria is met and / or escalated when not met;
- achieve KPIs on learning outcome support and assessments for customers;
- deliver clinical skills and advice provided via remote review service;
- deliver KPI deadlines for customer sign off timelines; and
- maintain CPD and attend MDT development sessions.
Customer feedback surveys as well as observational feedback from the Professional Services management team and peers will be used to assess and improve performance.
Diary management is the responsibility of the Regional Trainer in close liaison with the Implementation team. It is the trainer’s responsibility to rebook and do all that is possible to manage our customer learning journey for the individuals assigned within Company deadlines and targets set.
Your Profile
It is essential that you are a qualified Audiologist and preferably have experience of ear wax removal. A full clean driving licence is also necessary for this mainly field based role.
Our trainers are dynamic, outgoing and self-motivated with the ability to engage and motivate others. Therefore strong inter-personal skills are essential and creative problem solving skills are desirable. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate evidence of successful teamwork and continuing professional development in their own career to date. Ideally, you are self-motivated with a strong character able to engage with others and inspire those around you.

You are a highly versatile, energetic individual who is detail and task orientated. Whilst you possess an entrepreneurial spirit you are practical with a positive can-do mentality.
