Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Regional Training Manager at TympaHealth Technologies Ltd in England, UK. As a Regional Training Manager, you will oversee training programs, conduct workshops, and support practitioners in utilizing the Tympa Platform effectively. You will collaborate with internal teams and contribute to the growth of the Tympa Academy.
Qualifications
- Training program development and delivery skills
- Experience in healthcare training and education
- Knowledge of ear and hearing health practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online training tools
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Flexible to travel within the region
- Degree in Audiology, or Foundation Degree/Apprenticeship as Hearing Aid Dispenser
