LONDON
Our London office is located within WeWork, Liverpool Street, a unique coworking space in the heart of East London's tech hub. With an open-plan space, ideal for collaborative working and networking, this is home to a broad range of teams including Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, Account Management, Finance, Legal and People teams. We have a on-site cafe, wellness room, weekly wellness and cultural events, as well as fully stocked kitchens within the building.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the VP of Marketing you'll be responsible for putting in place the processes, reporting and technology to help the marketing team deliver against its pipeline generation goals. An in-depth understanding of Hubspot is critical to the role and providing solutions to help the marketing function scale and grow efficiently. The role will require an analytical mindset, high focus on delivery and the ability to work effectively with other Turtl teams to implement company-wide initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Define and optimise key business processes used by marketing
- Own and manage the martech stack. Implement the right tools and systems to enable the marketing team to deploy digital marketing activity
- Build automations and workflows to help save time and improve data quality
- Put in place measures to track the acquisition and expansion marketing funnels
- Provide operational reporting for performance of marketing initiatives
- Agree data taxonomies and Hubspot properties for effective reporting/attribution
- Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness of marketing spend
- Own the lead scoring model and other processes needed to drive conversion improvements
- Manage the research team of two people to
- Build prospect company and contact data for marketing activity
- Improve the quality of our prospect and customer data
- Contribute to the business operations process to align marketing, sales and customer success and put in place appropriate governance of data/systems
- Work with the product team for how Turtl integrates with Hubspot and other systems
- Ensure priority business processes are documented
- Manage the budget for data, systems and tools
- Strong project management and organisation skills
- Excellent technical knowledge of Hubspot and related technologies
- Track record of defining and implementing sales and marketing processes
- Used to managing stakeholders and working with sales
- Analytical and data orientated
- Highly focused on delivery and meeting deadlines
- Collaborates well with product and engineering teams
- Experience of managing people
- Understands the dynamics of a B2B digital subscription business
