We’re searching for a Product Manager focusing on crafting exceptional user experiences for our white-label Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) apps. In this role, you’ll be key player in decoding market trends, addressing client challenges, and transforming complex requirements into impactful, user-centered solutions.

Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll drive platform enhancements and take ownership of shaping one of our product domains. If you excel at balancing client needs, innovative user experiences, and strategic business goals, we’d love to hear from you!

Core responsibilities:

• Leading product discovery sessions to address external and internal stakeholders' requests and ensure their needs are translated into effective solutions;
• Ensure the delivery team fully understands the problem and translates it into clear, actionable solutions that effectively address the needs and align with the desired outcomes;
• Lead Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) initiatives, ensuring that Trafi WL meets accessibility standards;
• Define and shape products and take ownership of the domain, drive it’s vision, development, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, delivering regular updates on product progress, addressing challenges, and highlighting key milestones.
