The opportunity:

This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of German professional law (Berufsrecht) and hyper-growth technology. You will join a part of Germany’s largest digital tax company to serve thousands of clients with certified tax professionals. You will support scaling a very advanced Tax Advisory (TA) platform and help shape the future of the modern tax advisory customer experience, bridging the gap between strict regulatory compliance and agile product innovation.

Your responsibilities:

• Help ensure full compliance with German professional standards (StBerG, BOStB) while identifying opportunities to modernise traditional industry practices.

• Contribute to the operational strategy for scaling capacity, advising on how to best leverage software and AI without compromising quality.

• Support and guide our internal team of tax experts to maintain efficient case processing and high operational standards.

• Help shape and coordinate our network of internal and external tax advisors, ensuring every user receives the professional, certified support they need.

• Advise on "supply side" optimisation — helping attract, retain, and empower top tax advisors in Germany.

• Contribute to improving unit economics and operational excellence across internal operations and the advisory network.

• Act as a primary stakeholder for our partner Product and Engineering teams. You will translate complex tax assistance services into scalable software requirements.

• Champion the automation of manual workflows, leveraging AI wherever possible, to create a "bionic" experience for advisors—allowing them to focus on high-value advisory rather than data entry.

Your profile:

• You have successfully passed the German Tax Advisor exam.

• You have a track record of managing teams, P&Ls, or complex operational projects. You know how to build processes that scale. AI experience is a plus.

• You have a deep understanding of the German tax system, the competitive landscape, and the regulatory environment.

• You view technology as an enabler, not a threat.

• You build high-performing teams through trust and clear communication. You know how to motivate tax experts and help them grow in a fast-paced environment.

• You are not looking for a comfortable partnership in a traditional firm. You want to build a market leader that defines the future of the industry in Germany.
