The opportunity:

Taxfix is hiring a hands-on Creative Automation Engineer to build the systems that scale high-performing, brand-consistent marketing creatives across YouTube/CTV/Linear, UAC, Meta, TikTok, CRM, and web. As well as automate production and operations flows within the Creative Studio and the Growth and Brand team.

Your mission is to increase creative efficiency by partnering with the Creative Team, seeking out and automating as many non-creative, time-consuming production aspects as possible. Including those related to Jira ticket management, naming, roadmapping and dashboards. You will also contribute to performance uplift and brand consistency by creating an automation pipeline that produces fast, reliable, on-spec outputs, while operating within approved AI tooling and local-run constraints.

This is not a people manager role. It’s a builder role.

Must Haves

• Experience with local-run AI setups and governance models for tool approval.

• Familiarity with LoRA/fine-tuning workflows and production impacts (quality, consistency, rights, compute constraints).

• Hands on AI experience with Figma, Notion, Jira and N8N.

• Experience building creative QA pipelines (automated spec checks, metadata validation, export automation).

• Experience improving creative measurement infrastructure (taxonomy, dashboards, decision loops).

What Success Looks Like (First 6–12 Months)

• Identifying two key automation opportunities and solving them.

• A functioning automation pipeline that increases iteration speed without sacrificing quality.

• Measurable reduction in manual production / creative ops effort (less repetitive work; fewer handoffs).

• Hands on AI tool exploration and compliance.

• Improved cycle time from brief to launch to share-back of test results.

• A credible creative performance dashboard used by creative + growth to drive decisions.

Portfolio / Proof We’ll Look For

• Examples of automation pipelines you built (what problem, what system, what impact).

• Template libraries or modular systems that scaled output while protecting brand quality.

• Workflow integrations you implemented across creative tooling + project management + asset storage.

• Any evidence of performance enablement (e.g., creative tracking, dashboards, insight loops).
