Who We're Looking For
Like most startup roles, this one will involve a mix of work!
As an Ops & Support Associate, you'll be working closely with our customers and accountants to provide top-notch support and guide them through the tax-filing process. We're seeking positive, enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn and want to join our early-stage startup.
We're a small operations team, so we need proactive individuals who are ready to dive in headfirst and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. From day one, you'll need to immerse yourself in our company, build your knowledge of our platform, and even grow your own tax knowledge (Don’t worry, our friendly team will provide you with training!)

You'll provide inbound customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
You'll tackle a wide range of issues, from ensuring that every tax return is completed correctly to managing our relationship with accountant partners. No two problems are the same, and you'll have the autonomy to resolve them.
You'll also participate in projects aimed at helping us build a bigger, better business. Plus, your insights and feedback will play a crucial role in improving our processes and product.
