What you will do:

• Create wireframes, design flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for Web3 applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback from users.
• Iterate designs based on business requirements and user feedback.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to understand business requirements and needs. Validate ideas and hypotheses.
• Establish the Tatum Design System for customer-facing applications, improve our brand identity, and createmarketing materials.
• Transform complicated technical matters into clear, actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
