The Finance Controller will work alongside the Financial Manager and will play the crucial role in handling Finance operations at Tatum. This is a perfect position for someone who knows how to work with global teams that work and scale fast and smart.

Functional Accountabilities:

• General Finance and Accounting
• Work with internal accountant (CZ and rest of the world)
• Maintain and improve regular reporting (cash, working capital, forex, expenditures)
• Customer invoicing (process, integration & reporting)
• Core processes such as accounting workflows, month end, quarterly and year end closing tasks

• Finance Planning & Analysis
• Support the Financial manager on the execution of the financial strategy of the company, ensure full transparency over the financial performance (dashboards, blogs)
• Using data, analytics and key insights to drive trade-off/optimization discussions with business and finance partners
• Drive the on-going improvement of the reporting insight for the business to bring it close to the business. Prepare and manage the standard SaaS metrics

• To implement the effective tax compliance system to keep the Taxman happy, always and everywhere we do business
• Driving standardization and transition of operating tasks.
• Driving process improvement and digital automation by use of IT tools.
