Your responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly resourceful, entrepreneurial Senior Marketing Manager to own the growth engine for Taster . This role is the bridge between our digital presence on delivery platforms and the physical success of our restaurant partners. You will be responsible for turning one-time meals into lifelong fans through a world-class loyalty program, optimizing our visibility on major delivery apps, and empowering our partners with high-impact local marketing strategies.
The Scope, what you will do:
1. Loyalty & Retention Strategy

Build & Scale Loyalty: Design, launch, and manage a cross-brand loyalty program (starting with Spud Bros) to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and repeat purchase rates.

CRM & Engagement: Own the communication lifecycle on our Loyalty program (email, push, SMS) to keep our brands top-of-mind and drive direct-to-consumer engagement.

Incentive Modeling: Work with Finance to design promotion and reward structures that drive growth without eroding margins.
2. Platform Marketing & Partnerships (Deliveroo, UberEats, Just Eat)

Platform Optimization: Act as the primary lead for our relationships with delivery platforms to ensure Taster brands have maximum visibility and "Best in Class" conversion metrics.

Ads & Promo Management: Strategically allocate and optimize platform marketing budgets (e.g., UberEats Ads) to maximize ROI and dominate the digital "high street." in collaboration with Senior Analytics & Strategic project manager.
3. Local Marketing & Partner Success

Hyper-Local Execution: Develop Local Marketing toolkits for our franchise partners, enabling them to drive footfall and digital orders in their specific neighborhoods.

Offline-to-Online: Spearhead local activations, community events, and physical branding initiatives that bridge the gap between the street, the app and our creator communities.

Stakeholder Influence: Act as a consultant to our restaurant partners, helping them understand and execute marketing strategies that grow their specific territories.

4 . Brand Strategy & Annual Marketing Planning

Strategic Roadmap: Partner directly with Head of Brands / brand owners (e.g., Pepe Chicken, Starsmash, Spud Bros Express) to translate their vision into a robust, 12-month marketing calendar.

Integrated Campaigns: Coordinate major "hero" moments, new product launches, and seasonal activations, ensuring brand arbitrage across all digital and physical touchpoints.

Budget & Goal Setting: Define yearly KPIs and budget allocations per brand, ensuring marketing spend is aligned with the specific growth stage and commercial targets of each brand.
5. Performance Marketing

Full-Funnel Acquisition : Design and execute high-performance paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google to drive high-intent traffic to our delivery storefronts and proprietary channels.

Test & Learn mindset: You’ll experiment with ad creatives, hook rates, and landing page optimizations to slash CAC while scaling volume.

Data-Driven Attribution: refining our understanding of how digital spend translates to physical kitchen orders and building a sophisticated attribution model that justifies every cent spent.
Is It Really For Me?

Experience: 5+ years in Marketing or Growth roles, specifically within FoodTech, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), or Marketplace environments.

Loyalty Expert: Proven track record of building or managing customer loyalty programs and retention funnels.

Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of marketplaces dynamics; the Deliveroo/UberEats/Just Eat ecosystems and how to "win" on their algorithms.

Commercial Mindset: You don't just "do marketing"—you understand unit economics, CAC/LTV, and how your actions impact the P & L .

Bilingual: Fluent in English and French (required) to manage our core European markets.

Tools: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo), analytics (Looker, Excel), and comfortable using data to tell a story.
Timeline: We will be accepting applications until the end of February (28/02 included). Candidates will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and interviews will be scheduled during this period.
