Role Overview
As our Accounting Intern , you'll be part of our finance team. You'll ensure the reliability of our financial data and optimize our performance. You'll report directly to the Finance Manager based in Paris.
Your Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Taxation :
-
Ensure rigorous care of general and analytical accounting.

Complete monthly and annual closings within deadlines.
-
Book monthly and annual closing entries
-
Perform invoicing of our network
-
Perform bank reconciliations and be part of the cash reporting process.

Calculate and book entries related to supply chain, receivables and payables, payroll accounting, Royalties
-
Monitor fixed assets and depreciation.

Prepare and validate tax (VAT, corporate tax, CVAE, etc.) and social declarations.

Implement and optimize accounting processes :

Assist the Finance manager in day-to-day tasks.
-
Automate/optimise the Excel files used by the Finance Department.

Provide support in controlling expenses.
-
Automate the bank reconciliations process
-
Automate the invoicing process of our network
-

Management Control & Financial Analysis :
-
Identify deviations from objectives and propose corrective actions.
-
Develop and track relevant Foodtech KPIs (customer acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, raw material cost, delivery cost, etc.).
-
Prepare regular financial reports and clear dashboards for management and operations teams.
-
Participate in the continuous improvement of financial tools and information systems.
-
Conduct ad-hoc studies and analyses to support strategic decisions.

Treasury :
-
Ensure daily treasury monitoring and bank reconciliations.

Your Profile
-
Education: Currently pursuing an education degree in Accounting, Finance (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA, Business School with a Finance specialization).

Experience: *

Technical Skills :

Excellent knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
-
Skills in management control and data analysis
( Excel is required , knowledge of an ERP/BI tool is a plus).
