About Us:
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Marketing Manager to join our B2B Marketing team as we scale SBX, our consumer behaviour platform. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of product innovation and cutting-edge AI in the market research space.
As a key member of the marketing team, you’ll focus on driving product and strategic content marketing initiatives while contributing to the team’s overall marketing activities and commercial success. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, while also managing cross-functional projects and responding to the needs of the broader marketing team. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution and requires strong project management skills to coordinate efforts across the team.
What You’ll Do
As a Senior Marketing Manager, your primary focus will be driving pipeline creation and revenue growth through product marketing, content strategy, and effective team collaboration. You’ll act as a bridge across departments to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and product and content-led projects.
- Conduct market and competitor research, as well as customer interviews and focus groups, to shape product positioning, GTM strategies, and marketing plans while serving as the voice of the customer.
- Collaborate with the Product team to refine product/market fit and contribute insights on market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Develop value-based messaging for diverse customer segments and verticals, creating demand generation and sales enablement materials.
- Create and maintain product-based content, including website pages, videos, decks, case studies, blogs, CRM emails, and press releases.
- Become an expert on the product, crafting engaging research briefs and producing insights-based content that showcases SBX’s capabilities through storytelling and value-add content.
- Support marketing colleagues to create and deliver tailored campaigns and initiatives to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth.
- Establish product content pillars and messaging frameworks and oversee quarterly content planning and monthly calendars, ensuring alignment with the content strategy.
- Support the marketing team in creating and/or reviewing product and proof content, thought-leadership content and insights content for different marketing channels.
- Support the Head of Marketing to manage the marketing calendar, driving team execution to meet quarterly KPIs.
- Monitor the performance of messaging, content and product and content initiatives. Support the Head of Marketing with reporting on marketing performance against KPIs and pipeline goals, providing actionable insights on areas for doubling down or improvement.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, manage requests from other departments, and prioritise marketing support for high-impact areas.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, including agencies and freelancers, to support key marketing initiatives.

Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience, in the B2B or B2B2C SaaS or tech space.
- Demonstrated experience in product and/or content marketing in the tech space.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects, working with different teams and external partners.
- Exceptional project management and organisation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and execute in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, writing and storytelling skills, capable of distilling complex concepts into digestible, fine-tuned messaging.
- Curious, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a "can-do" attitude and positive mindset.
