The Opportunity
Senior Account Executive
Location: Hybrid Role based out of Whitechapel, London.
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 Base Salary dependent on experience with Double OTE
About You
Proven track record in consultative sales roles within AI, BI, Market Research, or Marketing sectors.
- Drive: Highly accountable, exceptional internal communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Coachable: Open to feedback, self-investing and analytical in approach.
- Executive Presence: Ability to adapt to different client personalities and build confidence with strong communication skills.
- Challenger: Continuously seek to challenge and improve processes to enhance client value.
- Curiosity: Eager to learn and understand new trends, technologies and methodologies.
- Cultural Fit: Consultative in sales approach, focused on adding value rather than just conversing.
- Career Progression: Demonstrated progression in previous roles, showing discipline, charisma and a strong closing ability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Land and Expand: Focus on acquiring new clients and expanding relationships within existing accounts.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, with an average sales length of 28 days.
- Account Growth: Ensure initial sales convert to long-term partnerships, growing the business within each client.
- Performance Targets: Contribute to achieving the team’s target conversion rate of 30%.
- Client Engagement: Present the unique value proposition of Streetbees’ AI-powered market research tools to potential clients primarily in Marketing, Research and Development.
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
