Put simply, our mission is to modernise slow, outdated, and expensive processes to get pharmacies the right medicines at the right price. We help these critical institutions thrive so they can better focus on the patient – and have big future plans to work to develop the platform internationally and work with hospitals.

As StockRx continues to scale across the UK’s 13,000 pharmacies, we’re looking for a Growth Operations Lead responsible for delivering an exceptional end-to-end experience for our users. Reporting directly to our Head of Operations, you’ll be helping us build a seamless customer activation and onboarding process, and will play a pivotal role in streamlining our operations. There will also be an important component of owning our data cleanliness processes.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Onboarding & Activation

  • Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are set up smoothly and effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact during the implementation and activation phase, delivering hands-on training and support.
  • Continuously iterate and optimise onboarding workflows to minimise time-to-value, reduce friction, and maximise product engagement.
  • Keep onboarding and support materials updated.

Customer Success & Relationship Management

  • Monitor account health by querying our databases, identifying and resolving issues early.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with our user base to foster satisfaction and retention.
  • Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner, collaborating with the wider teams as needed.
  • Gather insights from customer interactions, translating these into actionable improvements across the business.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for new features to ensure they are fit-for-purpose and aligned with customer needs before rollout.

Operational Process Optimisation

  • Identify inefficiencies in our workflows; leading on initiatives to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve delivery speed.
  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to implement systems and processes that support scale without compromising quality.

Data Quality & Integrity

  • Monitor, audit and correct platform data using internal tools and the live platform to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Maintain data hygiene by visually reviewing data and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve recurring issues.

Skills and experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in Operations or an analytical role in a startup, SaaS, or tech-enabled business.
  • Exposure to onboarding or customer success processes in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable working with data in spreadsheets or dashboards, with an eye for spotting inconsistencies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – able to speak with customers confidently and turn feedback into process improvements.
  • A systems thinker: you see how customer issues, data workflows, and internal tools connect, and you look for ways to optimise.
