The Role
This is a hands-on finance role at Sprout.ai, liaising with the CFO on deliverables. You'll own the full scope of finance operations: managing our outsourced accounting function, running payroll across UK and international teams, overseeing invoicing and credit control, and keeping on top of treasury, FX and tax compliance.
You'll also be closely involved in the numbers that drive decisions. That means producing monthly management accounts and forecasts, supporting the annual budget process, and helping present financials to the CEO and senior leadership team. Across the business, you'll be the go-to person for anything finance-related.
We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) who thrives on autonomy and takes real ownership of their work. You should be someone who's just as comfortable deep in a balance sheet reconciliation as you are talking through the numbers with senior stakeholders. If you want a broad, varied finance role where your work has a visible impact on a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
