We’re looking for superstar to join our People Team at Skin + Me on an initial 3 month Fixed Term Contract. This is a hybrid working role with three days a week in our Paddington HQ (Mon, Tue, Fri) and two days remote.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding organisational skills as well as high attention to detail. This individual will have a passion for delivering excellent experiences for our current and future employees.

What you’ll do

Recruitment & Talent:

• Screen CV’s and shortlist exceptional candidates for open positions
• Organise, schedule and conduct phone interviews with candidates across all departments at Skin + Me including: Tech, Marketing, Creative, Medical, Operations and more
• Support hiring managers with interview calendar management and communication with candidates to ensure the hiring process is efficient
• Represent and communicate our Skin + Me values to provide an excellent candidate experience

People & HR:

• Admin support for all People related queries throughout the employee lifecycle
• On-board new joiners, with the preparation of contracts, processing new starter documentation, monitor work permits/visas and coordinating induction plans
• Liaise with Payroll Team, to ensure the timely processing of payroll activities
• Contribute to the continued success of all People projects for the business

Who you are

These are the skills we’re looking for. Even if you don’t tick every box, but feel you’re right for us, we’d still love to hear from you.

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Consistent attention to detail and accuracy, completeness, and thoroughness of work
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace, including Excel/Sheets
• Experience using an ATS (such as Workable) is advantageous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional maturity and discretion when dealing with personal and sensitive data
• Previous experience in an HR / People / Recruitment role, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment is advantageous but not essential
