  • Supporting the Delivery Manager with scheduling and keeping migration plans up to date in tools like HubSpot and Jira
  • Liaising with third parties (e.g. previous software vendors) to gather data and align on timelines

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing operations role, ideally within SaaS or implementation support
  • Basic understanding of different data formats (e.g. CSV) and familiarity with database structures.
  • A process driven mindset that thrives on structure and creating scalable, repeatable workflows
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently and concurrently
  • Customer oriented, always striving for the best outcome for the customer and empathising with their needs
  • A detail-oriented person who ensures accuracy in all documentation and tasks
  • Strong documentation and workflow creation skills, with an ability to standardise processes for scalability
  • A problem solver who proactively identifies process pain points and finds innovative solutions
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, acting as a bridge between them (CSMs, Implementation and Product)
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • A curious and process-focused mindset, always looking for ways to improve efficiency
  • You can demonstrate your proactive approach to self-development

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in Health tech or working with UK private healthcare providers
  • Previous experience implementing complex software
