This role is hybrid, based in UK (with regular travel to our London offices, as well as nation-wide for events and key meetings). We are unfortunately not able to consider candidates located outside this location at this stage.

What you will be doing

Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the centre of our product marketing efforts driving the launch and adoption of our products across multiple markets. This is a highly collaborative role, requiring you to work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure our innovations resonate, deliver value and support business growth. As a key member of the Marketing team, you’ll:

Product Launch & Go-to-Market

  • Partner with product teams and our marketing team in France to deliver new product launches to life across UK and France
  • Use customer insights and market understanding to shaping the narrative, positioning, messaging and roll out strategy
  • Own go-to-market by delivering high impact materials such as in-app announcements, website updates and interactive demos across channels to drive customer adoption Own launch activities end-to-end, plan and project manage the roll out ensuring timely delivery, exceptional execution and seamless cross-functional collaboration that drives adoption and revenue

Sales Enablement Insight, Narrative & Support

  • Embed with the SMB sales team to understand what wins, what stalls and why.
  • Lead SMB sales enablement initiatives and facilitate feedback loops between sales and product, ensuring our messaging remains sharp and effective
  • Own the SMB enablement narrative end-to-end from customer and market insight to messaging, competitive positioning and the assets sales uses daily (QBRs, decks, talk tracks).
  • Maintain and update sales enablement resources including QBR, sales and competitor decks, empowering SMB commercial teams and driving product success

Market Insight & Collaboration

  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform product positioning and uncover growth opportunities
  • Conduct customers research where required to gather insights that inform positioning, messaging and sales enablement.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and Senior Lifecycle Marketer to support onboarding, adoption and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) activities
  • Continuously improve processes by embracing AI, data, learning new tools and exploring automation to drive marketing effectiveness

What we are looking for

  • 2–3 years’ experience in product marketing, marketing or a related field (ideally B2B SaaS/tech)
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Hands on experience speaking directly with customers and using those insights to influence messaging, enablement or decision making
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills, you can distil customer insight into a narrative, then write clear compelling copy to create product launch assets
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong project management ability
  • Analytical and curious, you enjoy digging into data and learning new tools and systems.
  • Creative and proactive, you’re always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes
  • Fluent in English; French language skills are a big plus
  • Based in London, able to work in a hybrid environment
  • Healthcare or healthtech background a plus but not required
  • Experience with HubSpot, Userflow or Pendo a plus but not required
