We are also quick to embrace new technologies: we have rapidly adopted AI internally, and we are always looking to work with people who are excited to augment their work with AI.
Location: France (Paris office or Occitanie operations sites). Remote work possible with regular travel between locations and across France and the United Kingdom.
What you will be doing
We’re hiring a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant to design, scope and deliver complex technical solutions for mid-market and enterprise healthcare customers, in the UK and France. You will work end-to-end across discovery, architecture, implementation and adoption, building workflows, integrations and applications using the right tools for the job – whether low-code platforms, no-code automation, or light custom development.
This role bridges pre-sales and delivery. You will partner with Sales on technical discovery, solution architecture and bid support, ensuring we define credible, scalable solutions up-front. You will then own technical execution, ensuring successful onboarding, integration and handover to our Customer Success and Support teams.
Reporting into our Co-Founder and CTO, you will help establish this capability from the ground up – defining how we assess, architect, implement and industrialise solutions. You will build the patterns, standards and assets that allow Semble to deliver repeatable, high-quality technical outcomes for strategic customers. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to bring market insight into the product roadmap and unlock value for customers quickly and safely.
What you’ll do
- Own technical solution design and delivery for strategic enterprise customers
- Lead technical discovery and map workflows, data flows and system landscapes
- Translate clinical and operational requirements into secure, scalable architectures
- Build integrations and automations using OutSystems, Workato, REST/GraphQL APIs and light scripting
- Produce structured solution designs, effort estimates, configuration docs and runbooks
- Lead technical scoping, proposals, RFP responses and proofs-of-concept
- Shape SOWs and delivery plans that are realistic, de-risked and commercially sound
- Advise customers on architecture, feasibility, best practice and adoption strategy
- Turn bespoke work into reusable components, templates, and playbooks
- Feed structured field insight into Product and Engineering to inform roadmap and productise
- We are especially keen to hear from candidates with experience or curiosity in AI, who are eager to explore how intelligent systems can enhance healthcare.
What we are looking for
- You are fluent in English and French and comfortable operating with customers and internal stakeholders in both languages
- You are a hands-on solutions builder with experience designing and delivering technical workflows, integrations and automations for enterprise customers
- You have worked in a customer-facing technical role (e.g. Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect, Technical Product Specialist, Implementation Architect, or Professional Services Engineer)
- You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, shaping requirements, and translating them into clear solution designs and delivery plans
- You have strong technical breadth: APIs, data models, workflow logic, authentication, and cloud fundamentals
- You have practical experience with at least one of: low-code platforms, integration platforms (iPaaS), automation tooling, or light scripting to glue systems together
- You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy shaping new capabilities, not just executing within established playbooks
- You write clearly and document rigorously; you know good architecture isn’t just built, it’s communicated
- You combine commercial awareness with technical judgement: you know how to scope responsibly, price credibly, and design for safe, successful delivery
- You care about doing things properly in a healthcare context: safety, compliance, and data protection matter to you
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, healthtech, or another regulated environment
- Familiarity with OutSystems, Workato, or similar platforms (e.g. Mendix, Power Platform, Zapier, Mulesoft, Buildbuddy, etc.)
- Experience building or scaling a technical services or solutions function
- Understanding of NHS / French health system data flows and interoperability concepts (FHIR, HL7, SSO/SSOe, identity brokers)
- Experience working with product and engineering to influence roadmaps
What you’ll get in return
- The great feeling coming with knowing you do something that matters: shaping the future of healthcare!
- £90k salary (based on your experience and the value you can bring)
- Autonomy and ownership – we’ll set the vision and share the context, then we trust you to run with things – that’s the reason we hire you!
- 36 days off: 25 holidays +bank holidays +3 extra days (birthday and ‘feel good’ days) - that we will expect you to actually take so you can recharge and rest.
- Company Equity - We appreciate and recognise all of our employees’ contributions, so everyone is eligible for Semble share options!
- Comprehensive health & wellbeing support – including private health insurance, and mental health support and free therapy sessions through Oliva.
- Hybrid & flexible work environment – work from anywhere in the UK, with also some flexibility to work across Europe. You decide how much or how little you go to the office.
- Get the tech you need - You will get the latest MacBook and take your pick across a wide range of equipment to set up your home office ergonomically.
- Work alongside an inspiring team – our two founders have started Semble after a successful startup exit, and your future colleagues are all knowledgeable and innovators in their field.
- Fantastic office space in Central London, right outside Monument - with a roof terrace, weekly animations, loads of natural light, and cute doggies!
- The usual free bits coming with nice offices (barista coffee, tea, fruits, happy hours and activities...).
