This role is hybrid, based in Paris (with regular travel to our Paris and London offices, as well as nation-wide for events and key meetings). We are unfortunately not able to consider candidates located outside this location at this stage.
What you will be doing
As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in our go-to-market strategy.
You will be responsible for planning and executing field marketing initiatives that generate demand and drive pipeline growth. Working closely with the sales team, you will ensure we effectively reach and engage our target audiences. You will also develop localised content, manage events and webinars, and keep a pulse on industry developments to inform marketing strategies.
A key member of the Marketing team and working closely with our Commercial Director and local teams in France, you’ll:
- Develop and execute field marketing plans to support pipeline and revenue goals
- Organise and manage industry events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives to make sure the right people hear about us and capture those that are interested in buying us
- Create and localise compelling content tailored to the French market that makes our target audiences pay attention and interact with us
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales priorities and ensure strong, personalised follow-up to those interested in us
- Identify and leverage industry trends, insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies
- Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, partners, and influencers to expand our market reach
- Track and report on the performance of field marketing activities
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in field marketing, event planning, and demand generation
- Excellent understanding of the French tech landscape and customer behaviours
- Strong communication and content development skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- Obsessed with pipeline and data, using insights to inform our strategies
- Someone great at getting things done and not afraid to do everything from scratch with strong project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally, particularly with sales and customer success teams
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel nation-wide for events and key meetings
- Experience in HealthTech or knowledge of the French healthcare system highly desirable
