The role

In this role, you’ll sell to doctors and clinics across the UK, helping healthcare providers modernise their operations and improve patient care. You’ll take ownership of your sales pipeline, build meaningful relationships, and close deals that deliver tangible value. This is a high-impact role that offers autonomy, growth, and the chance to help shape the future of healthcare. You’ll benefit from a strong flow of high-quality inbound leads and will be expected to complement your pipeline with outbound.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and adaptable salesperson with 2–3 years of experience in the SMB space to step up in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Key criteria:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in an SMB Account Executive role, including 360 sales experience
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas—top 5% performer in recent roles
  • Exceptional levels of curiosity and rapport building
  • Successful history of closing deals
  • Track record of building your own pipeline
  • Exceptional CRM discipline to track and manage your sales activities effectively
  • A humble, team-oriented mindset
  • You can demonstrate your proactive approach to self-development

Bonus points for:

  • Experience selling into private healthcare
  • Exposure to healthcare through family or previous work experience
  • Proficiency in a recognised sales methodology
