Sycurio is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) – Partnerships to support the growth of our global partner ecosystem across the US and UK markets.
This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential technology, channel, referral, and strategic partners including CCaaS providers, CRM platforms, payment service providers, system integrators, and consulting firms. The BDR will play a critical role in building top-of-funnel pipelines for the Partnerships team by generating qualified partner meetings and supporting partner-led revenue initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Alliances teams to execute targeted partner outreach, activate inbound partner interest, and help expand Sycurio’s partner network in the secure payments and compliance ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect into target partner organizations in the US and UK via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to generate interest and book qualified meetings for the Partnerships and Alliances team.
Build positive partner relationships with ongoing thought leadership and relevant outreach messaging to identify mutual client opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Marketing to follow up on inbound partner leads and execute outbound recruitment campaigns aligned with Sycurio’s partner strategy.
Maintain a high volume of daily activities, including cold calls, emails, and social touches, while achieving weekly KPIs for partner outreach and meetings booked.
Use discovery techniques to qualify opportunities based on strategic fit, market reach, integration potential, mutual value, and readiness to buy.
Accurately manage and maintain all partner lead and activity data within HubSpot CRM, ensuring clean hand-off to the Account Executive team.
Coordinate closely with Partner Managers and Account Executives to ensure seamless transition of qualified partner opportunities.
Provide ongoing feedback to Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing teams on partner pain points, ecosystem trends, competitive partnerships, and messaging effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience
2–3 years of experience in a Partnership sales, business development, or partner development role, preferably within SaaS, Fintech, CCaaS, CRM, or enterprise technology.
Prior experience prospecting into or engaging technology or channel partners is highly desirable.
Experience working with US and UK markets is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, consultative, and outreach style.
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and organized with the ability to succeed in a remote, KPI-driven environment.
Proficiency with HubSpot CRM or similar tools (Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft).
Familiarity with structured sales or qualification methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) is a plus.
Interest in or exposure to digital payments, compliance, secure communications, or partner ecosystems is an advantage.
Comfortable working US and/or UK business hours required:
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST / 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST.
